The very best, most alcoholic, and often most exciting ciders are included in the Premium Range from Ross on Wye Cider & Perry Company. These are usually fermented in an oak cask, which adds a layer of complexity to the cider, and typically have an abv between 7.4% and 8.4%!

The Ciders available in this range are ever changing, coming solely from small-batch wild fermentations in 40 gallon oak barrels. That means each cider is unique and can never be replaced - so enjoy, you are drinking a part of history!
