This sparkling medium sweet cider quickly gained a cult following. The flavour profile* is the most wine-like of all Apple County ciders; the rich brandy aroma is followed by a deep mellow flavour with a creamy finish.
Made from 100% freshly pressed juice from the iconic Yarlington Mill bittersweet apple variety.
Ideas: Enjoy with creamy soft cheese such as a lovely ripe Perl Wen. Use in place of white wine for a fabulous garlic cream sauce served with scallops or chicken.
