Severn Cider are multi award winning artisan cider and perry makers using locally grown apples and pears.
Since 1956 they have been making cider at their family home and now cider mill, within 4 acres of heritage orchards and established gardens on the banks of the River Severn in Awre, the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire.
Severn Cider continue to plant cider apple and perry pear trees at new orchards in Blakeney, home of the famous Blakeney Red Perry pear.
We make high quality artisan products. We do not use concentrate.
Our ciders and perry are 100% whole juice. We only use fresh fruit, pressed and fermented with our indigenous wild yeasts.
All of our ciders, perry and cider vinegar are gluten free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Only trace sulphites are added to preserve freshness. Some natural sugar may be added to sweeten some of our ciders.
