Despatch

Orders are usually delivered Next Working Day* – We send your parcel (carefully packaged) with a carrier we have used for many years on a ‘Fragile & Liquids’ service for extra care.

On weekdays, orders received before 10am are normally despatched the same day, and orders received after midday are sent the next working day. Orders received at the weekend are normally despatched the next working day.

We state that we despatch within 2 days so you should receive your order within 3 – 5 working days. (We are dependent on the carrier so there are no guarantees, but most consignments are delivered within 24 hours of despatch.)

Orders will normally be delivered between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Once your order has been collected by our carrier, you should receive an automated email with a consignment number to enable you to track your order online via our carrier’s website.

If nobody is available to receive the order, we usually ask the carrier to ‘Leave Safe’** but they may leave a card to advise that they have been unable to deliver. It is then your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection direct with the courier. If all attempts by the courier to deliver the goods have failed, we will not be liable for any additional delivery costs.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. Sometimes we may replace some products with other similar ones if we do not have some Cider or Perry in stock – This particularly applies to Mixed Cases.

If for any reason we cannot fulfill your complete order, we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you would prefer a replacement or refund.

Pricing

All prices shown exclude delivery. Delivery is charged at £9.75 per case. The delivery costs are shown in your basket when placing your order. Delivery charges are for MAINLAND Britain addresses. Please note that some delivery regions will incur a surcharge. i.e. Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man etc. This will be requested subsequent to the order being placed.

Challenge 25

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase alcohol from this website

**We operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy—no parcels will be left by the courier if the person at the delivery address is under 18 years of age.

The person delivering the alcohol to the premises shall operate a Challenge 25 policy and shall require proof of age prior to the alcohol being handed over. No alcohol shall be handed over to a person under 18. The only acceptable proof of identity shall be a photographic driver’s licence, a passport or an Identity Card containing the PASS Hologram.
