A fine sparkling perry made from Devon-grown perry pears, using the Traditional Method of in-bottle fermentation and maturation. Pale gold, fine bubbles, fruity flavour and a gentle dry aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif. Serve lightly chilled.
3 x 750ml 2018 Traditional Sparking Cider (8.3% ABV)
A fine cider made by the Traditional Method of fermentation and long maturation in the bottle, producing a profusion of fine bubbles and a clear, bright golden colour. Made from carefully selected West Country cider apples to give a generous flavour with a good balance of tannin and acidity. Serve lightly chilled. Excellent on its own of with a wide range of savoury foods.
