Today it is produced in the same traditional way in the unique soil and climate of Herefordshire. The cidermaking is kept pure and simple: The purity comes from using only whole juice, and the simplicity comes from natural fermentation using wild yeast.

This approach affords Mike and team the opportunity to make truly special, unique ciders and perries, reflecting the terroir of their farm and their skill as blenders, as evidenced by many awards won over the years.
